In order to maintain the quality and consistency, The Alley commits to producing their own sugar cane syrup that contributes to the delicate yet non-overpowering sweetness and handpicking the tea used in all of their drinks hence making each cup of the tea has its own determined aroma and taste. Of course, we cannot miss Tapioca pearls when talking about milk tea and here at The Alley, tapioca Deerioca pearl is specially prepared and handmade from scratch and each batch of pearl is freshly cooked and only used for 2 hours. So, no worries about soggy and leftover pearls!

Then, what to grab at The Alley?

Definitely any of the signature Brown Sugar Deerioca Series! We totally recommend Brown Sugar Deerioca & Creme Brûlée Fresh Milk because we tried and instantly loved it! The Creme Brûlée definitely added a fun and flavorful element to the already yummy brown sugar and fresh milk combo!

Next up is Garden Milk Tea that is gonna look stunning on your Instagram feed.  Assam Black Milk Tea with chewy black pearls topped with Oreo powder and a garnish of mint leaves, the drink definitely gives off an illusion of a garden, hence the name. Remember to stir well!

For the Snow Velvet series, we opted for Snow Velvet Peach Oolong Tea which is perfect for anyone for something light and refreshing but still doesn’t want to go without the cheese cream, this one is for you!

Snow Velvet Brown Sugar Latte is another one of the series we had the pleasure to taste and our verdict that this is the sent-from-heaven drink for anyone obsessed with anything brown sugar.
