All BROWN fans must be super delighted to hear that they have just added 3 brand new items on the menu and our team at FoodBuzz also can’t wait to try all three of them. The menu is divided into 2: “The Perfect Mash-Up” available at BROWN Classic and “Your new classy treats” at BROWN Roastery.

The Perfect Mash-Up is a new, interesting and super creative concept that combines two totally different ingredients from different cuisine to form one perfect and irresistible mash-up dish.

MI Goreng Sandwich: ever heard of the famous Indonesian MI Goreng noodle? Ever tried it and wondered what it would taste like on a sandwich? Spoiler alert: It’s surprisingly good! The stir-fired MI Goreng is stretchy and smells absolutely amazing plus the beef patty gives the sandwich its umami flavor and the egg provides a smooth creaminess to it. It’s a perfect combination of the East and the West! This dish also comes with a side fries or chips.

English Breakfast Sandwich: combines the component of the classic English breakfast dish (baked beans and English sausage made from pork, many different herbs and spices) and serves it with toasted white bread with a Thousand Island dipping sauce. This dish also comes with a side fries or chips. The English sausage gives the sandwich its meaty umami flavor while the baked beans provide a mild sweet-and-sour taste. We highly recommend you to dig-in dirty with your hand and dip into the Thousand Island sauce for the full flavor experience.

Grilled Chicken Mushroom Ragu: the famous Italian pasta is served with beef-based sauce, marinated chicken grilled to perfection, crunchy green peas flat and mushroom with parmesan cheese on top.
